Your profile is how other members find you, whether that's for a game, a chapter outing or a course recommendation. A photo and a couple of lines go a long way.
Editing your profile
- In the BTS App or at members.golfersjournal.com, click your user profile.
- Choose Edit profile.
- Add a profile photo, headline and bio. Good things to include: your home course, your handicap (or lack of one), your chapter or city, and the courses on your list.
- Save your changes.
You can change your display name and photo here. We recommend using your first and last name so other members know who you are.
What you can't change in the app
Your login email, mailing address, membership tier and billing details all live in your TGJ account. Update them at golfersjournal.com/my-account:
- Email address or password: My Account > Account Details
- Mailing address: My Account > Subscriptions > Manage
- Name shown on your membership: contact membership@golfersjournal.com if it's wrong.
If you change your golfersjournal.com email, use the new email the next time you sign in to the app.
Privacy
Your profile is visible only to signed-in TGJ members, not the public. Only share what you're comfortable with. You can also block specific members from messaging you, or turn off direct messages entirely.
