The Broken Tee Society App is the members-only home of the BTS Community. It's where you'll find chapter meetups, member conversations, live sessions, event announcements and exclusive TGJ content. It's included with every membership: Digital, Standard and Premium. There's no extra cost.
1. Get the app (or use your browser)
- iPhone and iPad: Download the BTS App on the App Store (requires iOS 16.4 or later)
- Android: Download the BTS App on Google Play
- Computer: go to members.golfersjournal.com, or sign in at golfersjournal.com and click “BTS Community”
In the app stores, search for “Broken Tee Society.” The app is published by The Golfer's Journal, LLC.
2. Sign in with your TGJ account
You don't need a new username or password. Sign in with the same email address and password you use on golfersjournal.com, the email your membership is under.
- If you received a gift membership, first register your TGJ account using the link in your welcome email, then sign in to the app with that email.
- If someone in your household bought the membership under their email, use that email, or ask us to move the membership to yours.
- Forgot your password? Reset it at golfersjournal.com/my-account, or use the sign-in link (Magic Link) option.
3. What you'll find inside
- Spaces: topic and chat spaces such as BTS Discussion, BTS Events, course recommendations, classifieds and your local chapter.
- Events and live sessions: RSVP to gatherings, catch event announcements, and join livestreams with TGJ contributors and guests.
- Exclusive content: members-only podcasts, videos, features and recordings of past BTS sessions.
- The Index Experiment: our community-driven game improvement initiative.
- Early access: first looks at merch drops and TGJ event signups.
4. A few first steps
- Add a photo and a short bio to your profile (see Your BTS Community Profile).
- Join your local chapter space.
- Set your notifications so you hear about what matters to you (see Notifications and Direct Messages).
- Say hello in the Introduce Yourself space.
Note: the BTS App is for community and content. To change your mailing address, name on file, payment method or membership, go to My Account on golfersjournal.com. Those details can't be edited in the app.
