When an event sells out, members can join the waitlist via the Events Calendar. Look for the “Join Waitlist” option next to the specific event listing.
There are two types of waitlists:
1. First-Come, First-Served
If the event used a first-come, first-served registration model, we’ll offer any open spots to the next member in line, in order of signup.
2. Lottery Waitlist
If the event used a lottery registration, we’ll draw at random from the waitlist when a spot opens. Selected members will have 24 hours to confirm their spot before we move on to the next name.
Don’t lose hope—lottery waitlists often take 1–2 weeks to fill, and it’s common for multiple members to pass on short-notice spots.
Last-Minute Openings
Roughly 24–48 hours before an event, we may contact additional waitlisted members in case of last-minute cancellations. If you’re open to a spontaneous golf adventure, keep your clubs close.
